Formatting Guidelines

You can help us accelerate the submission review process by adhering to some formatting guidelines. We have put together a formatting guide and Word template, available together as a ZIP.

Peer Review

All chapters will undergo a single-blind peer review. The process is intended to be collaborative and constructive; it is not a scientific peer review. Other contributors to the handbook will review your work – one with similar expertise and one with different expertise. We will ask you to review a chapter from the book, but this is not an absolute requirement.
